There's always an air of wonder the first week back at Maison Burlesque. Returning students hug and kiss, while newbies flounder their way through our halls. We're a welcoming school so here are a few key tidbits to help ya find your way through Term 5!
Shop and Reception:
Our beautiful, purple Peacock room is now home to our shop and our reception. In there you'll find one of our amazing admin staff that can help you with ANY question you have, as well as our fully functioning Burly Shop where you can find literally EVERYTHING you need for Burlesque. Think paistie bases, crystals, fishnets, dance shoes, booty shorts - you name, we probably have it!
AND, as a fun surprise for Term 5, the peacock room is now home to our new beautician, Siren Skin, Scales and Nails! Get your digits painted Tuesdays to Thursdays by the fabulous Strawberry Siren, or come on in on a Friday for a facial, spray-tan or tattoo removal. Winestoning Crafternoon! - December 1st, 12pm-4pm
Week 6 of Term is the time to get busy costuming for Showcase! Come hang with a cuppa or something a little stronger - after all costuming is more fun with other like minds!
The Cherry Poppers Showcase - December 15th, 6:30pm
Join us for a flurry of feathers and rhinestones as we present Melbourne’s freshest Burlesque talent at the Maison Burlesque Cherry Poppers Showcase! Hosted by Poppy Cherry, and featuring fabulous group performances by the students of Maison Burlesque as they reveal their newest routines!
