About Esther Rix: Esther Rix, the acclaimed stylist behind Styled by Esther, is current Miss Gay Australia International 2018 and Wig stylist to the Drag, Burlesque and performing Stars of Melbourne, Australia, and Internationally.
About Ruby Slippers: A high-femme kaleidoscopic cyclone of extroversion and light perversion, Ruby Slippers lives by the motto that you’re either Dorothy, or you’re the twister. Gracing burlesque and drag stages alike and leaving a trail of glitter in her wake, she’s earned a reputation as one of the best dressed (and undressed) kids in town.

Sun 14th October: Game Face with Ruby Slippers
Get your GAME FACE on with burlesque performer and makeup abuser Ruby Slippers. This intensive workshop focuses on taking influences from the worlds of drag and avant garde to create stage looks that will get you noticed. The four hour workshop will cover blocking and raising your brows to get maximum attitude, using colour and contour to enhance every facial expression, making your eyes pop with top and bottom lash application (Ruby will have some XL lashes available for purchase), and how to finish your looks like a pro with shimmer and glitter.
